COLD/FLU/COVID-19: The health & safety of our patients & all our team at AMC is at the forefront of our clinic procedures and protocols.  Our practitioners & staff have completed the Department of Health INFECTION CONTROL TRAINING - COVID 19 e-course and are also fully vaccinated.  Strict hygiene/ infection control measures are in place, such as: Frequent surface sanitizing; treatment room disinfecting & fresh linen for each patient; regular hard surface disinfecting;  rotating treatment room use; fresh air circulation & appointment spacing to allow extra time for cleaning and room airing. 

COLD/FLU/COVID-19 continued...

We kindly ask all patients to comply with honestly answering all COLD/FLU/COVID-19 screening questions that may be asked at time of booking, at appointment reminders and on arrival.  Face masks are no longer mandatory, however, patients may bring their mask to wear during their osteopathic treatment if they wish to. Our waiting room is reserved for patients & their accompanying partner or carer.   Sorry, no walk-ins due to pre-appointment screening.

Patients cannot attend the clinic if they: 

• currently have ANY of the following symptoms COLD, FLU or Covid19 symptoms e.g. scratchy or sore throat, runny nose, cough, diarrhoea, vomiting, low or high grade fever/chills/body aches, fatigue, breathing difficulties, loss of taste or smell;
  

                     or

• are currently awaiting covid19 test results or have tested positive in the last 7 days, whether symptomatic or not.
